FAQs

Whether you’re considering working with FUEL or are already part of the program, these answers can help clarify what to expect and how we work. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out directly.

What if I’m not an athlete—can I still work with Fuel?

Absolutely. Fuel is designed for high performers of all kinds, not just professional athletes. If you’re committed to reaching your physical potential, we’re here to help.

Once I begin, how much time should I plan to commit each day?

Plan to spend about 45 minutes a day working on yourself, plus any scheduled appointments. Virtual training options may also be available if you can’t come in person.

Is there a fully virtual version of the FUEL program available?

No. While some elements may be supported remotely for active members, being physically present at our facility is essential to the full experience and results we deliver.

I’m coming in from out of town—what’s the best way to get to the facility, and where should I stay?

The nearest major airport is Newark Liberty International (EWR), about 30 minutes from the facility. While we don’t yet have official hotel partnerships, you will find several good options near the airport. We’re happy to offer guidance based on your travel plans.

What happens if I don’t stick with my plan or stop following the protocol—will I be dropped as a client?

No—we’ll keep encouraging you to stay engaged. Part of our approach includes helping you set clear goals, often by signing a personal commitment to yourself. Progress takes time, and we’re here to support you on a long-term journey.

Are my medical records and personal information protected under HIPAA?

Yes, all medical records and personal information are handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

Does the cost of the program vary based on my specific condition or what the initial assessment finds?

No—everyone starts with the same basic rate for the core program. Additional costs may apply if you choose optional services like IV therapies, peptides, or other specialized treatments based on your personal goals and preferences.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept insurance for doctor visits on an out-of-network basis. We also accept cash payments for those without insurance or who prefer to pay directly.

I’m an agent—why should I be talking to Fuel?

Fuel offers clear communication, transparency, and tools for agents to track their athletes’ progress (with the athlete’s permission). Even without discussing a specific player, agents are welcome to learn about the program as a second-look or performance-optimization option.

Can I come to FUEL for a second opinion before undergoing surgery?

Yes. We welcome clients seeking a second opinion. We believe it’s important to hear from multiple experts before making major medical decisions, and we’ll help you explore your options.

I’m scheduled for surgery—can FUEL offer alternatives?

Possibly. While we can’t guarantee a non-surgical path, we can evaluate your situation and let you know if there are viable alternatives. A visit and assessment are the first step in understanding your options.

Who should I contact for media inquiries about FUEL?

While FUEL doesn’t yet have a formal media representative, we welcome media inquiries and will connect you with the right person. Whether you’re seeking an interview, press materials, or information about events, sponsorships, or speaking engagements, please reach out through our main contact form and include the nature of your request—we’ll route it promptly to the appropriate team member.
